A goal's retrospective
When a goal ends, look back: what worked, what to improve and, if you like, start again with a new deadline.
The retrospective is a short pause at the end of a goal to understand what happened before moving on. Each goal has its own.
When the deadline passes
Nothing changes on its own. The goal shows “Prazo encerrado” (deadline passed) and three choices: “Concluir” (complete), “Estender prazo” (extend the deadline) or “Arquivar” (archive). While you decide, check-ins still count, marked as late.
When the goal is completed or its deadline passes, kiki invites you to the retrospective with a notification and, if the invitation is on in “Você” › “Configurações” (you › settings), by email.
Write it
Open the goal and tap “Escrever retrospectiva” (write retrospective). Fill in “O que foi bem?” (what went well) and “O que melhorar?” (what to improve) in your own words. kiki saves your reflection automatically.
To start faster, tap “Gerar rascunho com a IA” (draft with AI). The AI reads this goal's check-ins and comments and creates a draft for you to review. After you use the draft, kiki saves your reflection automatically as you edit it.
The goal summary keeps final progress, active weeks and check-ins. Moving or editing items later does not change those numbers.
Start again
Tap “Recomeçar” (start again) to create a new goal from this one, with the same actions and a new deadline. Starting values pick up where you left off, and the old goal stays as it is, with its retrospective. Links and challenges are not copied. Your “O que melhorar” shows at the top of the new goal.
Tips
- Write it as soon as the goal ends, while you still remember what happened.
- Be specific: “I ran less in the weeks I travelled” helps more than “I lacked discipline”.
Writing the retrospective earns an achievement.
