Reporting and blocking

Report what someone sent and kiki takes it off your screen at once. Block a person to see nothing more from them, and unblock them whenever you like.

If someone sends something they shouldn't, you can report what they sent, block the person, or both.

How to report

Tap “⋯” next to someone else's message, comment, image or check-in, or press and hold the message.
Tap the option that starts with “Denunciar” (Report), such as “Denunciar mensagem” or “Denunciar foto”.
Choose the reason, such as inappropriate content, harassment or spam. Photos and messages also offer that it shows someone without their consent and, in a challenge, that it is unrelated to the challenge.

What you reported stops showing for you at once, and for good, whatever the decision. The kiki team reviews every report and can delete the content for everyone. The person is not told who reported them.

To report a partner's name or picture, open their page in “Parceiros” (Partners), tap “Mais opções” (More options) and “Denunciar perfil” (Report profile). To report a challenge's name, tap “Denunciar o nome” (Report the name) at the top of the challenge's screen.

How to block

Open the partner's page in “Parceiros”, tap “Mais opções” and “Bloquear” (Block) followed by their name. In a challenge, “Bloquear” shows on the person's messages, comments and check-ins. kiki asks you to confirm first.

What blocking changes

You stop seeing each other's messages, comments, check-ins, photos and reactions, and you get no notifications from each other.
Neither of you can comment on, cheer or react to what the other sends.
If one of you follows the other, that ends, along with its chat and images. While the block lasts, neither of you can invite the other.
In challenges you share, you both stay in, and the board and the totals don't change.

The person gets no notice of the block.

Unblocking

In Social, open “Parceiros” (Partners) and tap “Pessoas bloqueadas” (Blocked people). Tap “Desbloquear” (Unblock) next to the person. Unblocking does not bring back the following or the chat the block ended.
