Downloading your data and deleting your account
Download a copy of everything kiki keeps about you and, if you want, delete your account. Both are in Perfil, in the Você tab.
Your data is yours. You can get a copy of it and ask for it to be deleted, and both can be done in the app itself.
Download your data
- Tap “Você” (you), then “Perfil” (profile).
- Under “Seus dados” (your data), tap “Exportar meus dados” in the phone app or “Baixar meus dados” in a browser.
The file contains your profile, your goals, objectives, actions and entries, your partners, your challenges and what you wrote in them, your achievements and your preferences. It contains no one else's data. It is a JSON file, which opens in a text editor or can be imported into other programs.
Delete your account
- Tap “Você”, then “Perfil”, and at the end of the screen “Excluir conta” (delete account).
- Under “Digite EXCLUIR pra confirmar”, type EXCLUIR. If your account has a password, also type the “Senha atual” (current password).
- Tap “Excluir minha conta” (delete my account).
If kiki opens on “Qual é a sua meta?”, tap “Pular por agora” (skip for now) first. If you prefer, ask for deletion by email at privacidade@30labs.com.br, from your account's address.
What happens
- Your name and email are anonymised and every session is ended.
- Your goals, objectives, actions, entries, picture, partners, challenge memberships, Strava connection and achievements are deleted.
- A challenge with other participants is handed to someone else.
- What is left of the account record is deleted for good after 30 days.
Deletion cannot be undone. Download your data first if you want to keep a copy. The page kiki.app.br/excluir-conta, in Portuguese, explains it in detail.
