Profile picture
Upload a picture, take one on the spot or use your Google one. Your partners and the people in the same challenges see it.
Your picture appears next to your name in the app. Without one, kiki shows your initials.
How to change it
Tap “Você” (you), then “Perfil” (profile), and go to “Foto de perfil”. There you find:
- “Câmera” (camera): opens the camera.
- “Galeria” (gallery): choose an image from your device.
- “Usar foto do Google” (use Google photo): shown when you sign in with Google and your Google account has a picture. It replaces the current one.
- “Remover foto” (remove photo): kiki asks before removing it, and your initials come back in its place.
The picture can be JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB. kiki crops it to a centred square and strips the hidden data in the file, such as where it was taken.
If you create your account with Google, you start with your Google picture, if there is one. You can change or remove it at any time.
Who sees your picture
- Your partners, both ways: those who follow you and those you follow.
- People in the same challenges as you, while you are both in them.
Nobody else sees it, and kiki uses it nowhere else.
If the picture does not load
kiki shows your initials when the image does not load. Try again later or upload another picture. If you see a size error, choose an image under 8 MB.
When you remove the picture or delete your account, the image is also deleted from storage.
