Signing in with Google

On the sign-in or sign-up screen, tap “Continuar com Google” (continue with Google) and pick your Google account. There is no need to create a password.

On iOS, you can also tap “Continuar com a Apple”.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen, tap “Esqueci a senha” (I forgot the password).
Type your “E-mail” and tap “Mandar link” (send link).
Open the email from kiki and tap the link. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived within a few minutes.
Type the “Senha nova” (new password), at least 8 characters, repeat it under “Repita a senha nova” and tap “Salvar a senha nova”.

Resetting the password signs you out everywhere, on every device. Sign in again with the new password.

Changing your password

Tap “Você” (you), then “Perfil” (profile), go to “Senha” (password) and tap “Alterar senha” (change password). Type the “Senha atual” (current password), the “Nova senha”, different from the current one, and the confirmation, and tap “Salvar nova senha”. Every session then ends, and you sign in again with the new password.

If you only sign in with Google and have never created a password, the “Senha” section shows “Definir senha por e-mail” (set a password by email). Tap it and follow the link sent to your email. After that, you can sign in either way.

Name and email

To change your name, tap “Você”, then “Perfil”, go to “Nome” (name), change your name and tap “Salvar” (save). Your partners and the people in your challenges see your first name.

The account's email address cannot be changed in the app: it is what identifies your account.

I cannot sign in

Check that the email is typed exactly as when you signed up.
If you created the account with Google, use “Continuar com Google”. On iOS, you can also use “Continuar com a Apple”.
After many failed attempts, wait 15 minutes before trying again.
If the account is new, confirm your email through the link kiki sent when you signed up.
