Connecting Strava

Connect Strava and link an action. Each new activity arrives as a suggestion, and one tap turns it into a check-in of yours.

With Strava connected, your activities become entries on the action you link. kiki only reads your activities; nothing is posted to Strava.

Connect

  1. Tap “Você” (you), then “Integrações” (integrations).
  2. Under “Strava”, tap “Conectar com Strava”.
  3. Authorize access on Strava, including private activities, so they all count.

Link an action

In “Metas” (goals), open the action's page and tap “Atualizar pelo Strava” (update from Strava). Choose what counts, the activity types and when the window starts. It ends on the action's deadline. Tap “Vincular ao Strava” (link to Strava).

Strava entries

Each activity that matches the link becomes an entry on the action by itself. In the history it carries the “Strava” tag, and what you log by hand shows as “Manual”. Tap “Ver no Strava” (view on Strava) to open the activity, or tap the entry and choose “Não contar” (do not count) to take it off the action. Activities from before the window starts do not count.

Disconnect

Under “Você” › “Integrações”, tap “Desconectar” (disconnect). To also delete entries that came from Strava, check the option before confirming; it is unchecked by default. If you check it, Strava entries are deleted from your goals. Otherwise, entries that already counted stay in your goals as yours, without activity identifiers. Either way, kiki deletes the tokens and revokes its permission on Strava. You get a confirmation by email.
